03 Account Registration

Each player may hold exactly one registered account with xs777. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

xs777 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of payment method or other documentation. Accounts that fail to pass verification checks may have deposits, withdrawals or full account access restricted until verification is complete.

04 Deposits and Payments

Deposits made to your xs777 account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from an account belonging to someone other than the registered xs777 player — are not accepted and will be reversed where possible.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected. xs777 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits for individual accounts based on account activity and verification status.

xs777 does not charge fees for deposits from the platform side. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of xs777. xs777 is not responsible for any third-party fees charged by your bank, wallet or payment service.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. In the case of delays caused by your payment provider's processing times, xs777 is not liable for the delay. Contact xs777 support if a deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your xs777 balance are paid in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawal requests.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your xs777 account must be fully verified. Verification typically involves confirming your identity with a valid CNIC and confirming ownership of your registered payment method. Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will be held until the process is finalised.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

For slot games, fish games and live casino, the rules and return-to-player (RTP) information for each game are provided by the game supplier and are available within the game interface itself. xs777 does not modify the core mechanics of any third-party game.

• All bets are final once confirmed. xs777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error during a game or sporting event, xs777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• xs777 reserves the right to limit bet sizes on specific markets or for specific accounts where irregular activity is suspected.

• Any dispute regarding a settled bet must be raised with xs777 support within 30 days of settlement.

For live cricket betting — including PSL and international T20 matches — odds are updated in real time and reflect current match conditions. Bets placed during live events are subject to the odds shown at the exact moment of confirmation, not at the time the bet slip was opened.

08 Prohibited Activity

• Opening more than one account or assisting another person to open a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, borrowed or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors or use any form of automated betting system, bot or script.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Abusing bonus offers through systematic exploitation, account splitting or any form of dishonest claiming.
• Using the xs777 platform for money laundering, financial fraud or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Conducting chargebacks on deposited funds through your payment provider without legitimate cause and without first attempting to resolve the matter with xs777 support.
• Accessing xs777 using a VPN or proxy specifically to bypass geographic restrictions or account limitations.

xs777 employs automated monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect prohibited activity. If your account is flagged for review, you may be asked to provide additional documentation or temporarily restricted from withdrawals while the review is in progress.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

xs777 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or permanent closure include, but are not limited to:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can contact xs777 support. Voluntary account closures are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining PKR balance in a voluntarily closed account will be paid out to the player's registered payment method, provided the account is in good standing and fully verified.

10 Privacy and Data
